When the motor rotor rotates to the position where the hall sensor senses another group of signals, the control unit opens the next group of power transistors, so that the circulating motor can continue to rotate in the same direction until the control unit decides to stop the motor rotor and close the power transistors; if the motor rotor is reversed, the order of opening the power transistors is opposite.

When the DC motor rotates, the control unit will compare the command composed of the speed and acceleration / deceleration rate set by the driver with the speed changed by the hall sensor signal, and then decide whether the next group of switches will be on and the duration of on. If the speed is not enough, it will be longer, if the speed is too high, it will be shorter. This part of the operation is completed by PWM.

The control principle of DC motor is also high speed control. It is necessary to consider whether the clock resolution of the system is enough to control the time of processing software instructions. Other material access methods about Hall sensor signal change also affect the processor performance, correctness and real-time performance.
